This product cannot be returned nor refunded. 

As long as replacement material cost is covered, we will fix your LED head at no extra cost. 

This product is only available for pick-up at Halau Kalama's studio.

For the first 14-days upon receiving this product, any malfunctions, broken pieces, and/or other problems with the product will be fixed at absolutely no charge. 

* Please note that Full Coverage does not include replacing lost or missing detachable pieces (unless one of the three pieces was not received upon initial purchase). Replacements for lost or missing pieces can be purchased and are found in the "Replacement Material for Siva Afi LED Sticks" collection.
